Students progress through eight learning levels, each designed to develop their English skills step by step. Our curriculum is CEFR-inspired, while supporting the KSSR & KSSM Malaysian school syllabus.
Pre-Starter: Age 6
A gentle first step into English, building vocabulary, pronunciation, simple grammar, and early reading skills before progressing towards Grade 1.
Starter: Grade 1 (CEFR Pre-A1)
Build essential English foundations through vocabulary, pronunciation, basic grammar, and early reading skills.
Mover: Grade 2-3 (CEFR A1)
Develop everyday vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and speaking skills with increasing confidence.
Flyer: Grade 3-4 (CEFR A1-A2)
Strengthen core English skills while building towards Trailblazers, with selected Grade 4 MPT4 exam practice.
Trailblazer: Grade 4-6 (CEFR A2)
Develop stronger vocabulary, grammar, writing, reading, and speaking skills while preparing for Explorers and selected Grade 4 MPT4 content.
Explorer: Form 1-3 (CEFR A2-B1)
Build strong lower-secondary English skills through higher-level vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and speaking, with a strong focus on developing accurate and effective written English.
Voyager: Form 3-4 (CEFR B1+)
Develop confident, independent English skills across grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, while building a strong foundation for Form Three assessment and upper-secondary English.
Dreamer: Form 4-5 (CEFR B2)

Hello, I'm Fhyzzie, founder and English teacher at Wisdom Tuition Centre.
Growing up in Semporna, I became aware of the challenges students can face in accessing quality English education. I was fortunate to have supportive parents and inspiring teachers who gave me opportunities to pursue higher education and develop my English.
Wisdom Tuition Centre was founded with that belief in mind.
We want to help the next generation develop the knowledge, confidence, and communication skills they need to express their ideas and access greater opportunities.
Quality teaching begins with knowledgeable teachers, purposeful lessons, and a learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, practise, and improve.
